Frequently Asked Questions
Can you be my pet's regular vet?

Absolutely! We would love to be your pet's regular vet.
We understand that the general perception is that traditional vet clinic is the go to for regular check ups whilst the mobile vet is seen as a one off or an ad-hoc service.
We want to change this perception by providing comprehensive veterinary services to your home. We are here for your pet whether it's for routine health check or when your pet is unwell.
We want to transform conventional veterinary services and make vet visits convenient for you and pleasant for your pets.
What if I live outside of your service areas but would like to use your service?

We predominently service the northside of Brisbane areas (because we are locals!). But! if you live outside our service areas and are interested in using our services (both now or in the future), make sure you let us know by contacting us or connecting with us on social media.
I have never used a mobile veterinary service before. What should I expect?

On the day of your appointment, we will call to let you know our approximate arrival time and then send an SMS when we are on our way. So make sure you keep your phone at a handy location and expect our call. Please keep your pet in a confined area for easy examination of your pet.
Consultation will be conducted in a similar manner to a veterinary clinic. If required, we will collect samples for your pet (e.g. blood, urine, ear discharge, skin cells) to help with our diagnosis.
Some test results can be provided instantly so we can start appropriate treatment for your pet.
What payment options do I have?

We accept payment by cash, EFTPOS and credit card. There is a 1.5% surcharge on all EFTPOS and credit card transactions. We accept Visa and Mastercard. It is our practice policy that all charges be settled at the time of the service being provided.
